About this coffee
A washed lot from smallholders in the Bookkisa community of Shakiso, Guji, processed by Ture Waji and his team at Sookoo Coffee, which he founded with his brother Assefa in 2018. The two JARC selections, Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112, give soft jasmine and white blossom, then ripe peach and mandarin with honey sweetness and bright citrus acidity, finishing light and tea-like.
