About this coffee
A natural from the Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative, formed in 2018 by Asman Arianto, who moved to Aceh Tengah from Palembang in 1998 and switched from wet-hulled coffee to buying cherry for washed, honey and natural lots. Its 350-plus members, smallholders on 0.5–2.5 ha who intercrop coffee with vegetables, maize and fruit, deliver to the co-op's mill in Pantan Musara. Abyssinia and Ateng at 1,700 m: candied orange, mango and cotton candy.
