About this coffee
A natural JARC 74110 from Ayele Fulasa in Werkasakaro, Yirgacheffe, who farms 7 ha (4 inherited from his father, 3 bought with his own harvests) in the traditional garden style, intercropped with food crops. It comes through the Lalisaa Project, which supports independent Ethiopian smallholders with agroforestry training and processing infrastructure. Ripe cherries dry whole on raised bamboo beds for two to three weeks: mango, peach and bergamot.
