About this coffee
From Esayas Beriso, who left a government office job in Dimtu in 2009 to farm full time; his wife Meskerem runs the harvest and cherry purchases. The farm sits at 2,350 m in Hambela Wamena, Oromia, growing the 74158 heirloom selection, exported through SNAP Specialty Coffee. Dried as a natural over 7–10 days on raised beds. Delicate and aromatic: sweet tea, peach, strawberry and a fresh green-kiwi finish. Boo's last Ethiopian of the season.
