About this coffee
The new edition of Boo's Starlight decaf: Castillo and Caturra from Huila smallholders at 1,400–1,900 m, washed and decaffeinated at origin with sugarcane ethyl acetate (8-hour extraction, 97% of caffeine removed), which avoids shipping green coffee abroad for processing. Sweet and smooth: almond cookies, milk chocolate, pear and vanilla. For espresso and filter.
