About this coffee
Boo's seasonal espresso, from the Ramirez-Navarro family's Los Campos micro-mill in Los Santos, built in 2015 with the late Don Alexis Ramirez. Red and Yellow Catuai, white-honey processed (only a thin layer of mucilage left) and dried about 21 days on raised beds in a greenhouse. Clean and gently sweet: apricot jam, mandarin, pear and a warm tonka-bean finish.
