About this coffee

From Enimiro, a sourcing project with 231 smallholders across eight zones of Bulambuli and Kapchorwa on Mount Elgon, delivering to the Sipi Washing Station. The lot is named Obua, after Isaac Obua, Enimiro's assistant coffee production head. Pulped, fermented 40–60 hours in cold water, density-graded and dried on raised beds. Bright and layered: blackcurrant, kumquat, cola gummies and a black-tea finish.
