About this coffee
A washed SHG EP lot from Finca Aurora, the Matagalpa farm founded in 1992 by trained surgeon Enrique Ferrufino and his wife Silvia, now worked with their three children. The farm pays fair wages, invests in worker education and safe conditions, helps smaller producers improve, and runs on renewable energy with a focus on protecting water sources.
