About this coffee
The classic-line roast of the Rivero family's lot from Humocaro Alto in Venezuela's Lara state, where they farm about 20 ha and over 55,000 trees on steep ground picked entirely by hand. Floated, pulped, tank-fermented, washed and slow-dried. Cupped at 85.5 and chosen mainly for espresso: forest berries, blood orange and chocolate-covered cherries with a light florality.
