About this coffee
Over 670 smallholder farmers contribute local Heirloom varieties to this lot. Cherries are depulped and undergo a controlled 2-3 day fermentation to remove mucilage, then are washed thoroughly and dried slowly on raised beds. Chelbesa is part of SNAP Specialty Coffee, an Ethiopian company that has provided farmer training and resources since 2008. Source: dropshot.coffee
