About this coffee
Rösttrommel's classic filter coffee since the roastery opened in 2010, named after Nuremberg's castle. Since January 2020 it has been a single-origin Brazil from Ismael Andrade's Capim Branco farm; the Andrade family won first place at Brazil's Cup of Excellence in 2018. A straightforward, chocolatey filter coffee without frills (sold in Erlangen as the Erlanger Röstung).
