"Las Perlitas", little pearls, gathers the best Chiroso lots from smallholders around Urrao in Antioquia, each paid a premium for quality. Chiroso is a rare Antioquian variety that genetic work links to Ethiopian lines, often compared to Gesha for its florals. Fruity, fresh and floral.
