About this coffee

A classic all-rounder espresso for anyone who likes some canephora in the cup: 80% Brazilian arabica from the Andrade family, bought direct since 2018, with 20% Indian canephora. Recipe: 18.5 g in, 40 g out, 27 seconds at 93-94 °C. Sold in Erlangen as the Erlanger Espresso.
