About this coffee
A fine-robusta red-honey lot from Bao Lam, Lam Dong, grown under jackfruit, lychee, avocado and black-pepper shade with cascara-enriched organic compost; ~80% mucilage retained through the red-honey ferment, then raised-bed dried.
