Dutch cocoa richness meets crisp apple brightness, rounded out by the deep, lingering warmth of sweet tobacco. This smooth, medium roast comes from the legendary Santa Clara estate in Antigua, Guatemala - Bright Jenny’s first-ever coffee purchase back in 2015. Nestled on the fertile slopes of Volcán de Agua, Santa Clara is overseen by fourth-generation producer Ricardo Zelaya, whose meticulous approach to farming and processing ensures every cup is balanced, refined, and deeply satisfying.
