About this coffee
This natural processed coffee comes from the Keffa zone of Ethiopia's SNNPR region, grown at 1800–2000 MASL in fertile red-brown clay soil. Dinkalem Ademe's farm spans around 400 hectares. Most of it is blanketed in Keffa's native forest with roughly 40 hectares planted in coffee, along with a mix of new and old trees, including some Wush Wush variety.
