About this coffee
An experimental filter lot processed at El Vergel Estate: Caturra and Colombia cherries are pre-fermented anaerobically in bags for 48 hours, pulped honey-style, co-fermented with yeast and cherry flavours, then sun- and silo-dried. Cherry and amaretto. 200 g.
