About this coffee
Upraženo's everyday Brazil (exporter lot "Diamond", Minas Gerais 17/18, SS FC natural) and one of the roastery's best sellers. Grown above 1,100 m by smallholder families organised in cooperatives across the fertile southeast, and dried on the cherry so the sweetness of the pulp carries into the bean. An intense chocolate cup with roasted nuts and dried fruit, no bitterness, low acidity — built for espresso but happy on filter. Cupping score 82; Great Taste Award winner 2022 and 2023.
