About this coffee
Sweet and berry-like, with notes of red apple, brown sugar and raspberry. The green coffee comes from around 1,000 smallholders in the Ribang Gayo cooperative, chaired by Asman Arianto, who has grown coffee himself since 2001; the trees are cultivated at an average of 1,800 metres and processed on the cooperative’s own site.
