About this coffee
From Zanya, the project Slovak Marián and his partner Lim, who grew up in a K'ho farming family, started in 2018 in her home village beneath Langbiang peak; it now connects more than 30 local farmers. "Supernatural" is Zanya's own method: cherries ferment in the open, with oxygen, wild yeasts and bacteria at work instead of a sealed tank. Roasted for filter: dragon fruit, pear and milk chocolate.
