About this coffee
A natural Caturra from Diego Guardia's Hacienda Sonora near Grecia, on the slopes of the Poás volcano: about 100 hectares, 45 of shade-grown coffee and 35 of forest reserve, run entirely on hydroelectric power from its own rivers. The farm uses only natural and honey processes, partly to save water, and mills its lots separately on site. Roasted for espresso: apple, vanilla yoghurt and dried cranberry, sweet and full with gentle acidity.
