About this coffee

The espresso roast of the Zanya lot from beneath Langbiang peak in Vietnam's Lac Duong district, a project begun in 2018 by Marián and Lim that now works with more than 30 K'ho farmers. Cherries are fermented in the open with oxygen and wild microbes, Zanya's own "supernatural" process. Lychee, chamomile and cocoa.
