Roasteries / Regent Coffee

Regent Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery and brew bar founded by Leon Nie, a former banker who picked up home coffee roasting as a hobby in 2012 and installed a commercial roaster in his garage two years later. Coffee is roasted fresh twice weekly in-house at the Glendale flagship, where the philosophy is "Furinkazan" — wind, forest, fire, and mountain — a commitment to precision, consistency, and sharing coffee knowledge with the local community.
