Noir Coffee Shop — "Coffee Shop & Torréfacteur" — is a Paris specialty roaster that selects, roasts and serves arabica single origins, roasting weekly in its 18th-arrondissement atelier and pouring across some twenty shops around the city. The range spans Kenya, Ethiopia, Colombia, Rwanda, Peru and El Salvador, sold as returnable 200 g amber jars, with an emphasis on transparency and environmental and ethical sourcing. Its Merci Noir concept sits on boulevard Beaumarchais.
