A sugarcane-process decaf: Caturra, Castillo and Typica from the ASCISP cooperative at Planadas and Gaitania, in the Nasa Wesx territory of Tolima, Colombia, 1,700–2,000 m — natural process, greenhouse-dried, then decaffeinated with sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate.
