Ripsnorter

Rotterdam, Netherlands

Specialty coffee roastery and coffee bar in Rotterdam, founded in 2017 by Zjevaun Lemar Janga — originally from Aruba, and previously founder of Harvest Coffee Brewers, also in Rotterdam. Janga is a two-time Dutch Barista Champion and World Barista Championship finalist. Ripsnorter roasts in-house and sources directly from producers, rotating its lineup frequently between washed classics and experimental fermentations (anaerobic, yeast-inoculated, extended natural). The name comes from Australian slang for something truly wonderful. Source: ripsnorter.nl, theroasterspack.com, europeancoffeetrip.com.
