From Daterra's Bafafa plot in Minas Gerais, this Laurina (naturally low-caffeine) lot undergoes anaerobic natural processing. The result is an indulgent, boozy-sweet cup with rum raisin depth, amaretto warmth, and a long chocolate truffle finish.
