About this coffee
A washed peaberry lot from Keramo village, made entirely of the 74158 selection and processed at Testi Coffee's Gara Agena station. Pickers sort likely peaberries at harvest, then the lot is hand-sorted again after harvest and after processing, fully washed and dried in the shade. Expressive florals and a long, peachy finish: peach, elderflower and lime leaf. An omni roast.
