About this coffee
A washed Pache and Catuai from Marvin Carías, who planted the first parcel of Las Brisas in Mataquescuintla in 1990 and has since grown it into an operation with its own wet mill, where he also processes neighbours' coffee. Milk chocolate, hazelnut and a floral lift. Roasted for espresso; imported by Primavera.
