About this coffee
Reserva San Francisco comes from 242 indigenous smallholder families in Toribío, Cauca, linked to the Consejo Regional Indígena del Cauca, which has spent half a century campaigning for land rights, cultural preservation and self-government; community restoration work has reforested more than 2,000 hectares here. Selling coffee together is the financial backbone of the members. A washed Castillo with apricot, almond and vanilla, for espresso or filter; imported by Trabocca.
