About this coffee
A black-honey lot from Ashenafi Getaneh in Yirgacheffe, grown at 2,100–2,200 m. Only part of the cherry is removed, and the heavy layer of mucilage left on the seed is dried slowly, which gives the dark colour and a fuller, fruit-led cup: melon, black tea and strawberry. For espresso or filter; imported by Primavera.
