About this coffee
A Pink Bourbon from Alexander Vargas at La Piragua in Palestina, Huila, back for its third year in Friedhats' line-up. With more than twenty years of experimenting with processing, Alexander ferments the cherry in open air for 72 hours, then for another 98 hours in tanks with degassing valves before drying it as a natural. Rich, ripe red fruit and a jammy sweetness: plum, pomegranate and cherry cola. Roasted for espresso; imported by Equation.
