About this coffee
The roastery's signature espresso and its more modern take on the style, usually the one in the first grinder at its cafés. Since 2022 it has been a single origin from Carolina Padilla in El Salvador, whose family has run coffee farms for generations and is among the country's most renowned producers. Recipe: 17 g in, 40 g out, 27 seconds.
