About this coffee

A limited Indian lot of Chandragiri (SL13) from Zuheb Abrar's Hospura Estate. Ripe cherries are cleaned and sealed in food-grade tanks to ferment 72 hours without oxygen, then dried three weeks on patios and in greenhouses. Unusually sweet and juicy for an Indian coffee: sour cherry, chocolate and yoghurt. Made for filter but excellent as espresso.
