Fiftybeans' permanent decaf: washed Caturra from Sebastián Ramírez's Finca El Placer — water-bath fermented, washed and dried 15 days on shaded patios — then decaffeinated by the ethyl-acetate (sugarcane) method at a facility in Manizales, which strips 99% of the caffeine.
