A washed Heirloom from the Chelchele washing station in Gedeo, which buys cherry from local farmers. Density-sorted in water, depulped, fermented 24 h, channel-washed and dried on shaded African beds — juicy, clean and sweet, the way Fiftybeans say Ethiopian coffee used to taste.
