About this coffee

Grown by Sergio Aranda Gomez, showcasing the newly introduced Ombligón variety (named for the cherry's distinctive shape). A two-stage mosto fermentation — using liquid from a previous fermentation as a natural starter culture — precedes sun drying, producing a bright, rich, creamy-textured cup with tropical fruit and floral sweetness.
