About this coffee

A decaf grown by smallholder producers in Nariño's La Unión area, hand-picked, fully washed and pulped same-day before EA decaffeination at Descafecol in Manizales — ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane molasses bonds with the caffeine, which is then steamed off.
