About this coffee
A washed SL28 and SL34 lot from Kirinyaga, processed the traditional Kenyan way: cherries are pulped, fermented, washed and soaked again for about 16 hours, then dried on raised tables for 8 to 14 days. Roasted for filter, with peach, yellow fruit and caramel over a bright, juicy acidity.
