About this coffee
A Supernatural from Aricha Wubanchi in Yirgacheffe, grown organically (uncertified) at 2,200 m. Brix-selected cherries ferment under rolled plastic sheeting on raised beds, with limited oxygen, then shade-dry in a thick layer. Watermelon juiciness, apricot and nectarine, and a perfume of violets. Competition Series, 100 g bags.
