About this coffee
An anaerobic honey from the Rukun Saudara Cooperative in Bengkolan Dua village, Kerinci, led by Abdul Aziz Thohari: about 50 farmers on the plateau around Mount Kerinci who took processing into their own hands in 2017. Blonde raisin, a creamy texture, violets and a zesty finish.
