About this coffee

A Rosado from Yoiner Mosquera in Palestina, southern Huila: overripe cherries rest anoxically in the husk for 72 hours, then dry slowly in a greenhouse for about 20 days. Apricot jam, candied orange peel and a bright, juicy finish. It was the competition coffee for the first Sibarist × A.M.O.C. Cup in Rotterdam.
