A continuously changing blend of A.M.O.C.'s remaining green: small leftover lots, coffees that have left the catalogue, previous harvests replaced by a new crop and the odd accidental blend. Each batch differs in origin and make-up, but it is roasted to the same standard. Sold in 1 kg bags.
