About this coffee

Maragesha, a rare Maragogipe × Gesha hybrid, from Wilder Lazo's family farm La Dinastía in San Adolfo, Huila, rebuilt after a fire forced the family off the land. A 120-hour washed anaerobic fermentation gives lifted jasmine, nectarine and apple over caramel and milk chocolate.
