From Diego Samuel Bermúdez Tapia's renowned Finca El Paraíso in Piendamó, Cauca. Anaerobic fermentation of a varietal garden including Geisha, Bourbon and Laurina gives elegant acidity, medium sweetness and a juicy body, with tropical lychee, green tea and ripe stone fruit.
