Rumudamo's washed lots highlight the refined, floral, elegant side of Ethiopian coffee. Smallholder farmers grow traditional landrace varieties at 1,800–2,000 m; meticulous hand-sorting, depulping, cool-water fermentation and slow raised-bed drying build a tea-like clarity with bright florality and refined sweetness typical of Sidama.
