About this coffee
The espresso / darker-filter roast of Timanco, a washed community lot from 1–5 hectare family farms in Tarqui and Timaná, Huila, one of Colombia's oldest indigenous settlements between the Andes and the Magdalena river. With a PECA agronomist's help the growers have upgraded wet mills and drying areas. An everyday espresso with ripe plum, red apple and a brown-sugar finish; also sold as a lighter filter roast.
