About this coffee
From Finca Guanacaste, formerly Finca Lombardia, which sixth-generation producer Rodolfo Ruffatti inherited in 2020 and is running as an agroforestry regeneration project. Whole cherries sit 72 hours in sealed bags before shade-drying as a natural: deep, juicy red fruit with herbal-liqueur notes.
