About this coffee

A microlot from Rosy Dariela Mancía and Roy's 2.5-hectare Finca El Mandarino in Ocotepeque, bought through the CAFESMO cooperative via Algrano (Warawul publishes the price: €16.99/kg to CAFESMO). Whole ripe cherries ferment for 72 hours in sealed tanks, then dry for about 21 days on raised beds. A fruit-forward Parainema with fig, cherry and brown-sugar sweetness.
