About this coffee
A natural Chiroso from Arsenio Sandoval's El Mirador in Santa Isabel, high in northern Tolima below the Nevado de Santa Isabel. Selectively picked, fermented under control and dried in cherry on raised beds. Sweet, structured and expressive, with layered fruit and herbal complexity. Roasted for filter or espresso.
